What files do I receive?+
Fully dimensioned working drawings as PDF, a cut list with materials, and 3D files. The exact formats are listed on every product and on every custom quote, so you know before you buy.
How long does a custom order take?+
A turnaround estimate is included in your quote before you pay anything, because it depends entirely on how involved the design is. You are never left guessing.
Can I build and sell what I make?+
Buying a plan lets you build it for your own use. Building for resale or production requires a separate commercial licence. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves is not permitted.
What if the design is not quite right?+
Revisions are part of every custom order. How many are included is confirmed in your quote before you pay, and changes are requested through the message thread on your order, so the full history stays in one place.
What is the difference between ready-made and custom?+
Ready-made plans are finished designs you download immediately. A custom order is drawn specifically around your measurements, your materials and your constraints.
Can the dimensions be adapted to my space?+
Yes, and that is the main reason the custom service exists. Tell us the space you have to work with on the request form.
